• EAWC Limited will park a domain with no monthly cost.
• LEVEL 1 :

1. (one pop3 or one forwarded email address) each additional email is extra.
2. email response to trouble ticket submissions .

   • five - pop3 or forwarded email addresses.
   • email response to trouble ticket submission

• LEVEL3 :
  • phone service
  • email service  
  • 5 email boxes  (forwarded or pop) 
  • Literature and picture change on the site with no charge
  • Does not include complete page changes
• All domains will receive periodic backups of the web sites for disaster recovery

• geographically disbursed email and name services. If the network around our Midwest data center is interrupted although email cannot be picked up while the network is down, all email will be stored until the network is restored and will then be available.

• Access to both a test and production sites. Most providers only provide access to one site. EAWC will provide both http://www.yourdomain.com and http://test.yourdomain.com so that you can experiment and change as much as you would like on your test domain and when you are happy then transfer that information to your production site.

Web Design Alterations

• Any new pages added to a web site. This does not include
  any graphics or flash.
• Graphics and flash will be determined individually on each web site. The first time flash cost is determined when setting up the web site on the original contract.
• Logo cost and the presentation will include (5) logos. Any idea on the logo will be included in the (5). If no idea is presented and the customers does not accept one of the (5) and wants more idea, there will then be an extra cost.
• Pictures taken and are not web ready and have to be process through will be charged individual. If pictures have to be taken for a web site the cost will be determine at that time.
• Cost for the size of the web site will not vary as long as the web site is under 25 pages.

Search Engines

If you'd followed the industry at all recently you'd have been reminded that the search engine market is a volatile market with the rules and the alliances changing frequently. In a recent email that we sent to our customers we reported that MSN had pulled out of the package of search engines that we have been providing and have created their own package of search engine. After researching the changes and opportunities EAWC Limited LLC has decided to take advantage of our partnership with Microsoft and start to use the new service through Microsoft which includes listing on many popular search engines including Google and MSN (does not include A.O.L.). Because of the highly competitive nature of the industry this package does not currently include engines such as Yahoo, Alta Vista or Hot Bot.

Using the Microsoft partnership also gives us access to powerful tool that will help in fine tuning your site to get the site prominence for your category. The complete process takes approximately (1) month to fine tune to MSN specifications and (1) month after being submitted and in that process EAWC Limited is continually monitoring the process and assisting Microsoft in the fine tuning.

This drops the cost of the previous search engine cost to get on Yahoo, Hot Bot, Alta Vista, and other search engines that may not be represented in this new package. The analysis and fine tuning of this search engine submittal is totally done by EAWC Limited LLC.

For those already on MSN it will not affect you until your search engine for the year is complete. If you ask if you should be on one or both; it would be very difficult to answer that since EAWC Limited has customers who have had success on MSN, Google, or Yahoo. In my opinion this package will hit most of the major engines in use today. In addition EAWC staff will continue to research economical ways to expand search engine penetration.

Monthly prominence work for placement on different search engines will depend on the number of placements required for different product or titles.

Monthly cost will be determine by the size of the Web site and the requirement by the Customer.

Shopping Cart

• Cost of shopping cart (mcart, e-cart) does not include the time taken to load the cart
  with the products. The cost of loading the product into the cart would have a cost per
  item.
• Cost would include;
  1. Loading the picture of the product.
  2. Setting up the price, size and colors required.
  3. Setting up the shipping.
  4. Doing the administration required in the futures.
  5. Setting up the pgp for the decrypting of the cart.
  c. Any items added or changed in the cart will be classified as stated in (a.).
• Plus the cost of hosting the Shopping Cart

System Work
This for backend work such as spider work or work having to do with data on the
domain. Would also include setting up Merchant Account or Gateways.

Service Calls

• A call by a customer to take care of a situation that was not a fault of the customer there will be no charge. This will be determined at the customers.
• Setting up and configuring an e-mail setup on a computer will cost a flat rate per e-mail Setup.
• Cost of going to a customer to trouble shoot a computer problem that is not the fault
  of EAWC will cost be a flat rate per hour. Example would be; if EAWC did not support your e-mail and we were called in on site to configure it.
• Setup computers would be the cost of the computers plus an hourly fee. This is if EAWC were to purchase the hardware and install at your facility.
